Guidelines:
Step 1: Complete your registration form and provide abstract details. (Participants registering under Student (Member/Non-Member) category are requested to choose “Category” mentioned in registration first, then fill all the remaining information followed by abstract submission. Once your abstract get accepted ("Check Status" ), then only proceed for payment and update the payment info in "Check Status" Form . (For ABSTRACT Guidelines click here)
Step 2: Check the status of your ABSTRACT by clicking "Check Status" button given below.
Note: Please check your spam mails if you do not receive the OTP.
The last date for registration has passed.
The Conference Registration Includes:
For In-Person Participants:
- Entry to all conference sessions, the poster area, and the exhibition area.
- Name badge, a programme book, and an abstract book are included in the conference kit.
- Lunch and two coffee breaks are included for each conference day.
- Organising Committee accreditation certificate
Note: The accompanying category participants are not permitted to present their papers in the oral or poster sessions.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
- In order to cancel, write an email to contact@biotex2023.org with your name, reference number, and cancellation request.
- In the event of cancellation: On or before October 20, 2023, 50% of your registration cost, minus bank fees and administrative fees, will be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation: On or before November 15, 2023, 25% of your registration cost, minus bank fees and administrative fees, will be refunded.
- For cancellations submitted on or after November 16, 2023, there will be no reimbursement.
Registeration Rejection Policy
Find the cause of the registration' s denial, then submit the registration form again.
Confirmation Letter
Upon payment receipt, you will receive an email with a confirmation letter for your registration

Registration for the conference implies your acceptance of the stated terms and conditions:
- The organizers hold the right to modify the program, date, or venue without advance notice.
- They are not liable for any losses or damages arising from substitutions, changes, delays, or cancellations due to unforeseen factors beyond their control, including force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accidents, disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities.
- The organizers retain the discretion to cancel any conference due to unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances, with no further liability. If the conference is postponed, registrations will remain valid.
- Should cancellation occur, the organizers will make reasonable alternative arrangements, which might include posting notices on the event website to inform ticket holders.
- Delegates must verify such information before the event and are encouraged to regularly check the website for updates.
- The organizers are not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to delegates belongings resulting from or during the conference.
